Im back... But still not ready to ride long distance...

Yo bros, I've just been discharged from CDC2 @ TTSH. Diagnosed as suffering from Autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA). Its a type of hemolytic anemia where the body's immune system attacks its own red blood cells leading to their destruction. That explains why i'm always short of breath. The heart does not have enuf blood to pump around the body. They did a blood sample and they found out something alarming. I only have half of my blood count compared to guys my age. They usually have a count of 15. I only have 7.2. Currently on 60mg of steroids and other pills to suppress my immune system from attacking my red blood cells. It seems that i might have to lay off those long distance rides and go for short ones instead. Aniwaes, i intend to go for a very short ride 2nite. Juz ard woodlands will do... OR maybe if permit sembawang park? I'll be meeting abg ali at his shop @ 2030hrs... Ride on guys... HUAT AR!!!!!!

Yup, for now no long distance cycling for me. The steroids are really making me weak. Plenty of water and fruits are the main order of the day. Im currently on some light exercise like brisk walking and 5km slow ride ard my neighborhood. I may be down but not about to give up yet. Juz some minor setbacks in life.
