Meetup 5.30am at Marsiling MRT Stn & ride kick-off from there at 6am sharp. Cleared S'pore & M'sian immigration checkpoint & headed staright to a kopi shop next to Plangi Plaza for breakfast. Reached breakfast destination at 6.30am.

After some route & safety briefing by the Ride Captain (Guan), ride to KT proceed at 7.45am. Traffic was fine & the weather too. Ride went smoothly with some ups & down terrain at JB. We reached a petrol kiosk at Ulu Tiram town for a pitstop/regroup after 20km of ride. We proceed our ride to KT after about 10min rest at Ulu Tiram.

The road to KT from Ulu Tiram was much more tedious with more hills to climb. We reached Kota Tinggi town at 9.15am with the last riders (Nasir, Sam & Adam) arrived at 9.30am.

At 11am, after we had our rest & early lunch, get ready for home run. Weather during the home run was very sunny but windy. We had a pitstop/regroup at a petrol Kiosk at Ulu Tiram before we proceed the journey to JB.

Four riders had puncture on their tires along the JB stretch (Adam, Mann, Nasir & Albert). With the help from fellow riders, these technical setbacks were easily rectified. About 5km before we reached Plangi Plaza, we got stuck by heavy downpour which lasted bout 1hr. We proceed our journey after the rain & reached Plangi Plaza at 3pm for makan. At 4pm we continue our journey back to Singapore.

Overall the trip was a memorable one & we hope to go further on our next Malaysian ride.

it was a rather nice ride.
the weather was good...except coming back it was raining at JB.
but at lease everyone return safe.

Is a splendid trip! a great training and improvement for me!
I thanks all riders for the patient and guardian shown to me during this wonderful riding trip.
As for all newbie like me, i say jump onboard and you will never look back with this bunch of wonderful Girls and Guys around.

Indeed a nice ride. Would be nice if we had lesser breaks

john u must understand that individual riders have different stamina.

thus must look at the overall mah.
if all the riders have the same standard as u..den we can dont stop at all..but end day..we go there to enjoy..more stop means more sight seeing....so doesnt matter la.

Lesser stops also mean we could go further ma. Hahas. ANW, it's just my point of view, don't take it so seriously.

unless u have trained on the road for few time...malaysia roads are different from singapore...and if you are not familiar with it..the further u go..the more stressed u are...cuz u wont know whats ahead.

Yo yo yo! I agreed! I prefer slow ride n stress free riding at msia. Eat, ride and eat again! The only time i max my heart rate is during race or CHASED BY SOME WILD DOG at krangi in the middle of the mid-night.. Sweat~
