Woodlandz Cyclique Team Jersey

As suggested by our cycling kakis for group identification, we're in the process of making Woodlandz Cyclique Team Jersey. We've already finalized with a supplier to proceed with this project. We need an utmost support from all the kakis so as to make this project a successful one.

Below are some of the details & cost breakdown of the jersey, base on 20pcs MOQ.
Brand: F2P
Design: Ol'Skool design (3 color scheme - Green/White/Red) with full front zipper & back zipper at the centre pocket.
(I'll post the final design in this forum once I received from the supplier.)
Cost: $66 + $3 (Back Zipper) + $6 (Design Fee) + 7% GST = $80.25
(Pricing will be reduced if order quantity increased... will be recompute once final quantity identified.)

Our Team jersey looks very close to what u've posted. All the kakis will have a rough idea how the actual one will looks like.

However, I'll post the actual design once I got it from the supplier.

actually, the designer said that the sleeve area unable to do this colouration..cuz will have variation ar? but coming to think of it...we spend paid him design fee already..then for addition of colors all this den must charge more..not justifed leh.

and one more issue we must highlight to him...the samples that we use today..the zip are not that good quality..if he is going to give us this quality..i think lagi not justified.

so before it isnt too late, we must clarify with him first.

About the design on the sleeve, he said it will not turn out well. Maybe we'll show him this sample for him to follow. Moreover, once the design is ready, we still can do some modifications before we proceed with the order.

Agree with the zipper though.... will inform the supplier to supply us with a better quality zipper.

the design suhaimi posted is 80% alike what we going to print.
but mean while..we wait for wat is being designed for us.

den we will see what else we can alter from there.

i'll do up the design again tonite with the various "sponsors" logo...

- zip not good, will come off in no time
- material, not as thin light and airy as i would like it to be. material v important as it will absorb sweat and allows it to evaporate fast. else we'll be drenched with smelly sweat in no time
- colour design & printing - must get what we want. todays technology can print full colour without colour variations.

To those who want to try-on the size samples, you have till this Friday (091009) to do so. Else
sizing will be base on estimation. We will take order till next Saturday (171009).

Some modifications to the original design is in progress. The updated design will be put up in this thread once received from the supplier.

Btw we will be collecting the cost from kakis who already placed the order by 17th Oct 09 (Sat). At present, cost of each jersey is $80. Any surplus, will be refunded once we recompute the actual cost.

Payment will be made to either Keith, CK or Mann.
