Guys, Saturday morning training ride is on! 6am start meet at 363 n make sure we sweat all out!

I not joining you guys this coming sunday cos i going for the LH 6.40am ride and hopeful can reach back to LH for 8.30am ride. Need to train for my coming race

Guys, since both our trainer Eric & Alex won't be around to push us....we shall do a Sunday Leisure Ride

I won't be able to join for the Sunday ride for a while, have to get ready for the marathon in Dec.

I will still try to make it for Saturday ride.

Sunday ride Alex & Eric will be out for race at Changi Coastal. See you guys next week...

Route: woodlands, Seletar Dam, Ponggol, Old Tampines, Pasir Ris, Changi village, (optional) Coaster Road.

Break at Changi Village for an hour.

Return route will be same as above but reverse way and break at Sembawang.

Please note that this is strictly a leisure ride, if you are rushing or got time constraint please go off OTOT after Changi Village. We will not push or rush the ride. Thanks and cya all.

Route: woodlands, bukit timah, clementi, pasir panjang, maxwell, nicoll highway and pitstop at old airport road market.

Break for an hour.

Return route: Fold road, east coast, coastal, changi village, pasir ris, old tampines, ponggol, seletar dam and break at sembawang.
