Due to the overwhelming respond from the last held bbq, we will be organizing another BBQ at Guanster place on 12/02/2011(Sat) from 7pm onwards. Actual details and info will be posted by Guanster in a short while. Meantime, we need a show of hand who's going in-order to prepare sufficient foods & etc.......you can either post here or sms Guanster or myself to confirm ya place. $15/head.

Special curry chicken,
Fried Bee hoon,
Satay,
BBQ chicken wings

Banana leaves specalities wrapped inside aluminium foil:

1) sotongs with sambal
2) deepsea prawns with special chilli
3) NZ mussels with salt n pepper
4) boneless chicken with assorted mushrooms.
5) Japanese scallop with sambal n onions.
6) Fresh La LA with chilli

and maybe grilled fish if i can get real fresh fish.

300 chicken satay,
100 mutton satay,
one pot of curry,
one pot of beehoon..
more than enough for 20pax...please bring more ppl if possible..
