Singapore Duathlon 23 January 2011

Subject: Singapore Duathlon 23 January 2011 Sun Dec 19, 2010 5:45 pm

Hi Guys,

There will be a duathlon on 23/01/11 @ East Coast Park with two different races:

1) Run 10km/ Cycle 40km / Run 5km
2) Run 5km/ Cycle 20km / Run 2.5km

Alex and I will be doing the 10/40/5.

Ok la, will sign up but need you and Alex help to guide me for the 1st section of the 10km run.

For the latecomers race registration is extended till 7 January 2011.

Our race pack collection is this Sun, wana go direct during our Sun routine ride? we can ride to Changi Village this Sun den proceed to the collection location. Any suggestion??? drunken

I prefer to do a quick ride same route but we dont stop over at maxwell, we head back to adam from city and stop at 888 for a short drink if ok. Then we meet again at 12pm to take 1 car to collect our items. Dont feel nice is our bicycle dressing to collect our thing. Rolling Eyes

Will be better this way as we may have to Q for a while for the collection.

No lah, cos i tot do everything together so i can go pig my daughter after that. If ride, come home, wash up, go again to the east...might be too late too to pig daughter. Will see how, worse come to worse i will skip sun ride and join u guys to collect the race pack and my daughter can tag along too...... cheers

we leave Sharp at 7am should be able to make it at 888 by 10am.
