Guys,

We are invited to be safety riders for Joo Chiat CC for the upcoming Youth CycleAbout. Details as follow:



Date: Sunday 9th May 2010
Time: 7am
Venue: Victoria School (Siglap
Link off Marine Parade Road)
No. of participants: 200 youths, to be
split into 4 groups of 50

Escorts: CISCO and Course Security
Estimated distance: 12km with 4
educational stops (Mosque, Church, Ceylon Temple, Chinese Temple)
Estimated
end time: 1.30pm
Estimated speed: 12kmh to 15kmh

No. of
Safety cyclist needed: 20 (5 per group)

Helmets and footwear are already being made compulsory for this event.

Event
tshirts, goodie bag and snacks will be given to the Safety Cyclist.

As indicated, we need 20 riders for the event and i hope all kakis can render the support needed for this Sun.

On behalf of the organisers, Joo Chiat CC, I applaud you and your team's
professionalism in making the event safe with your presence.

Whatever
errors of judgement that you encountered are solely the organisers'
mislook but the moment the cyclist took out to the streets, all of us
felt more than comfortable with they way all of you handled the
participants.


We apologise should any of us mislooked into certain things that
might affect your delivering of good service to us, bottomline, we are
all happy with Woodlandz Cyclique's. May we meet up again in another
event.

CertisCISCO in road clearance.
