To build a road bike Empty
PostSubject: To build a road bike   To build a road bike Icon_minitimeWed Mar 31, 2010 9:44 am

Hi guys, I need some advice on building a road bike from existing components all except wheel sets and frame.

I'm contemplating between to get an entire new bike, or to split up my small roadie parts to a good and lasting frame + an awesome wheelsets. Which is more advisable? (I have no budget constraint but don't wish to fork out more than 3k)

Basically I would like to know:

1) compatibility issue if any when I transfer all my parts to
the new frame and the wheels.

2) price for a good frame + wheelsets (medium range of 3k and less for both)

Here is the link of my grouppo components from my small roadie.

Thank you all for your guide!

Mark
