One round island is about 120KM.. If WE really do round island jogging, most likely we need to take 2 days leave(Jogging), 5 days MC(can't WALK to work), 30 days of NO CYCLING LEAVE and 90 days of NO JOGGING LEAVE...

Ahem... I am applying for the post of a Referee.

My past experience was yellow card for those who false start before the gun; trying to cheat 1 cm beyond the start line; jay running from one track to the next, stripping down the tee-shirt to show off the pectorals and abs muscles during the run.
Red card for cheating distances eg: run 2 rounds claimed: 3 rounds claimed: 5 rounds,etc.
See ladies running past keep staring until bump into the person in front of them.
