OCBC Cycle Singapore 2010 - Cycle Pack Collection Slip

Hi All,
OCBC Cycle Singapore had just email the event Cycle Pack Collection slip to all participats. For collection of the cycle pack, participants need to show this collection slip and NRIC. To those who cannot make it, may authorised someone for collection but still need to produce authorisation form, collection slip & NRIC.

To those who do not have printer at home or printer spoilt, ink finished or having problem, please foward your mail to me at car_coon@yahoo.com.sg and I happily and willingly print for you. Once printed, can collect at 888(Woodlands Cyclique head office - beside coffeshop).

Please email in advance by 02nd March 2010 to avoid dissappointment.
