you can join me in our regular RTI saturday ride... not a joyrider group ride... we can meet at blk 363 and we leave by 6am and meet the group at mandai shell gas station... i usually go by gambas-sembawang rd-mandai- to mandai shell gas station (for add'l milage) and meet the group around 6:30am... train usually leaves around 6:40-6:45am... this is a non-stop moderate paced rti... bring enough water and energy gel if possible... we do stop once in a while depends on the mood of the group, either in pasir ris or sengkang... let me know if your coming, i'll drop by at blk 363... route http://www.mapmyfitness.com/routes/view/26990896 | |

| Morning ride report http://connect.garmin.com/activity/76241869 This morning weather was cool and breeze. We started out fast and was doing close to an avg 35kmh when we reached Mandai Road. We did more rotation in our drafting along Mandai Road and we were doing good. We were doing avg 35.4kmh when we were along S'wang Rd. I was thinking that today we sure can break our avg 36kmh marker until I saw Peter heading straight towards Canberra Rd direction instead of turning into Gambas Ave. More hills to climb and longer distance! It affected our avg speed and in the end, we did an avg 34.6kmh. But we are happy with our ride and had a good coffee. | |
