Hi - am new here.

Am gunning for this in August - but a my first triathlon - doing the Freshman route - amy kaki?
200m swim, 10knm ride n 2.4km run, $39.90 until 27th march 11 registration. Chia you!

Those who want more meat go for sprint : 750m swim; 19.8km ride n 5 km run
Or more chialak: Oympic with: 1.5km swim; 39.6km riode and 10 km run.

Well - i am starting as a complete noob.Smile with a hybrid bike with rd slicks.

Hi Crossbro,

Welcome!!! Finding kaki for triathlon here i guess is only 2 of them, Alex and Lawrence. Both of them is the regular for Ironman & Triathlon races locally and overseas.
I guess u might wana post a link here so those interested can read up more.

You can always join us on our routine Sun Ride or if you are game enough, join the Tues/ Thurs Team Morn 5am Ride to speed up your average. Very Happy

yah - just submitted my entry for the June Ride and the August Triathlon Smile
